[ All of this is confusing but Karamatsu doesn't like seeing Ichimatsu in pain.. or hitting his forehead on the ground-- probably from Karamatsu being such a dense piece of crap. He doesn't know what else to do so he just.. puts his hand on Ichimatsu's head. ]
