_{[ okay, he'll stay there and get a very melted slushie! Karamatsu isn't sure why Gintoki is so intent on finding him, but he doesn't mind. He has taken a real liking to Gintoki ever since he was reaped by him.

The flavor of slushie he decided to get was Dr. Pepper, or something similar to it.

He waits outside the convenient store, tapping his little demon tail on the ground idly. Karamatsu's hair looked like it had lost its sheen, ruffled and hardly groomed. There were patches of dirt on his face and perfection fashion.

Anybody he has just met Karamatsu would know something is wrong when he looks like this. It must have to do with his missing family since Gintoki said he saw his network post.. maybe he has news about them?

[ The place is some ways away, so Gintoki hitches a ride (against the driver's will) to get there a bit faster. Then he ends up in an argument with the driver when he gets off at the right street, which keeps him occupied for a few minutes, so maybe he doesn't save more than a few minutes ... Ah, well.

He does eventually find his way there, and while the sight of Karamatsu in this state sure is unusual, he can't say he's all that surprised. ]

I was gonna tell you that you shouldn't listen to what some people tell you about someone not wanting to be found, but it looks like I don't need to.

_{[ Karamatsu is getting impatient waiting, but by now, he's on the floor, seated.. because he hasn't taken a rest in a long time anyway. It's about now he realizes how wasted his body is from searching for so long.

Something, though, still keeps him going.

Yeah, it is. And sometimes that's because they actually need some space or something that they gotta find from other people. But a lotta the time, from my experience, wanting to be alone doesn't mean that's what you need.
